Church Calendar on your phone/device 

If you would like to have Cam Villages churches events more easily accessible as a calendar on your phone/device then follow the following instructions: 

1. Go to the Calendar page: https://www.camvillages.org/Calendar/Month.aspx
2. Use the drop down menu at the far right hand corner of the calendar which says “Export” and select iCAL
3. Copy the URL
4. You can then use this URL to import the website calendar to your own phone, Google calendar or outlook calendar. 

NOTES:

• You can specify the number of days you require your iCal feed address to export as follows: “?days=numberofdays” so a year of events would be “?days=365” e.g. camvillages.org.uk/Calendar/Calendar.ics?days=365
• If you are doing this on your phone you want to make sure you copy the URL rather than clicking on the URL. If you click on the URL it will just add a specific set of events to your calendar but will not update them if anything changes on the website. If you copy the URL then any changes to events on the website will filter through to your calendar.
• To add calendar to an iPhone go to Settings>Calendar>Accounts and then "Add Account". Choose "Other" and then "Subscribed Calendar". Paste the URL from above into the Server box and press next.
• If you want to have separate colours for the separate churches then before step 2, use the filter to filter on a particular church and then repeat steps 2 to 4 for each church separately. The filter labelled “Our Churches” includes events that are across the CamVillages team and therefore not assigned to a particular church. Joint services are generally listed under the host church.
